1) Lifestyle & Daily Essentials

Order Cancellation

Lifestyle essentials can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may still request a return after delivery.

Return Policy

You can return lifestyle & daily essentials within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item
  • The product is incorrect
  • The product does not match the description

Return pickup will be arranged by Roposo Logistics, and refund will be processed after QC.

Replacement Policy

Direct replacement is not available.
If you want a replacement:

1.    Return the product

2.    After refund, place a new order for the item


2) Electronics & Accessories

Order Cancellation

Cancellable only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Return Policy

Electronics can be returned within 7 days ONLY if:

  • Product is not working
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Wrong item was sent

⚠️ Returns not allowed if:

  • Product is used
  • Physical damage occurs after opening
  • Accessories are missing

Replacement Policy

Roposo does not support direct exchange.
Customer must return first → get refund → reorder.


3) Home Improvement

Order Cancellation

Allowed before shipment only.

Return Policy

Eligible for return within 7 days if:

  • Item arrives broken
  • Incorrect item sent
  • Product has manufacturing defect
  • Product doesn’t match what was shown

Pickup & QC fully handled by Roposo.

Replacement Policy

Replacement = Return + Reorder.


4) Fashion

Order Cancellation

Fashion orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Return Policy

Fashion items can be returned within 7 days if:

  • Wrong size/colour delivered
  • Damaged or defective piece received
  • Wrong item sent

⚠️ Returns not accepted if:

  • Product is used or worn
  • Tags/packaging removed
  • Hygiene-related items (innerwear etc.)

Replacement Policy

Since direct replacement is not supported,
customer must return → wait for refund → reorder.


5) Kitchen Tools

Order Cancellation

Possible only before shipping.

Return Policy

Kitchen tools can be returned within 7 days for:

  • Broken items
  • Missing parts
  • Wrong product
  • Defective product

Used products cannot be returned.

Replacement Policy

Return first → refund after QC → reorder new one.


6) Health & Fitness

Order Cancellation

Pre-shipment cancellation allowed.

Return Policy

Health & fitness items can be returned within 7 days if:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Defective or not working
  • Incorrect item delivered

⚠️ No returns for hygiene items (yoga mats after use, bottles after use, wearable fitness items touching skin, etc.)

Replacement Policy

Customer must follow:
Return → Refund → Reorder.


7) Pet Supplies

Order Cancellation

Cancel only before shipment.

Return Policy

Pet supplies are returnable within 7 days if:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Item not matching the description

⚠️ No returns if:

  • Product is used with pets
  • Packaging or hygiene seal is broken

Replacement Policy

Return → refund → reorder system applies.


8) Car & Bike Accessories

Order Cancellation

Allowed before the item is handed over to the courier.

Return Policy

Eligible for return in 7 days for:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong model/size delivered
  • Damaged in transit
  • Product mismatch

Replacement Policy

Direct replacement not possible.
Customer must reorder after refund.


9) Beauty & Makeup Tools

Order Cancellation

Cancellable before dispatch only.

Return Policy

Beauty tools (non-hygiene tools) can be returned within 7 days for:

  • Defects
  • Damage
  • Wrong item sent

⚠️ No return for:

  • Used beauty products
  • Hygiene-related items
  • Products touching skin after use

Replacement Policy

Customer must complete return + refund, then place a new order.
